Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy All deposits and payments made toward services or package plans are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy To cancel or reschedule, email Lakontourinfo@gmail.com or call (202)-391-4652 at least 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. For package plans, please refer to your signed agreement. Late Policy La’Kontour offers a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive later without notice, your appointment will be cancelled, your deposit forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. No exceptions. We value punctuality to avoid delays, as appointments are scheduled months in advance. Service Refusal Policy La’Kontour strives to maintain a positive environment. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our sole discretion if any negativity disrupts this atmosphere.
